Thank you for shopping with DINDON. We hope you are satisfied with your video doorbell. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return your purchase within 14 days of delivery.
Return Period
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
During this period, you may return the product without providing any reason.
Please note: the returned product must reach us within these 14 days.
Return Policy
To be eligible for a return and refund:
- The product must be in its original condition, with no visible signs of use.
- All accessories, manuals, and original packaging must be included.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Costs & Refund Processing
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- Since we use cash on delivery, your refund will be the paid amount minus delivery fees.
How to Return Your Product
Follow these simple steps to return your product:
- Email info@dindon.ma with your order number and, if applicable, your reason for the return.
- You will receive a reply with the return address and further instructions.
- Carefully package the product, including all accessories and the original packaging.
- Return the package using a carrier of your choice.
- Once we receive the product in good condition, we will process your refund.
